The DM will walk through each person with 1-on-1 and group time to flesh out the party, associates, flaws, bonds, goals, adversaries, and party interactions. Then the fun begins... The Charlatan's Tale Tavern will create a world and adventure based on that conversation. NPC's, world events, geography, history, and magical items, are all created around the design of your party.
